You can return a product for it to change, or refund your money by filling out the withdrawal form.

In the rare event that you do not find another product to replace it, a refund will be given to you.
The customer bears the full cost of returning the product or products.

The company accepts changes / returns exclusively with a transport company of the customer’s choice at the company headquarters and reimbursed shipping costs by the customer.
During the product return process, the customer is solely responsible for any damage or loss during transport that may be due to poor carrier selection or shipping method.
In any case, we recommend that you keep the shipping receipt of the transport company you choose until the completion of the product return process.


All products undergo a thorough quality control before shipment, in order to ensure their perfect condition and to avoid the hassle of replacing them. Upon receipt of the order and in the presence of the distributor, you are obliged to check the condition of the products before signing the delivery document and therefore accept the product.
Once the delivery document has been signed, it is considered that you have previously checked the condition of the products. In the rare case that you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, you can contact us either by e-mail at, or by phone at 210 8313545. The company Galant Design processes the request of returning the product and orders the shipping company to pick up your product from the address you have stated (free service in case of defective product). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will contact you immediately to complete the return process.


Our company during the process of the execution of orders, carries out a thorough inspection of our products, in order to ensure their excellent quality and the correct shipment. In rare case you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, you can contact us by e-mail at, or by phone at 210 8313545. The same procedure will be followed as “Changes in Defective”, as mentioned above.


All products returned to our warehouses are subjected to meticulous quality control.

Basic conditions for changing or returning products:

-The product should be returned to us, in safe packaging and remain intact, complete, without damage.

-The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase receipt when it is returned.

-The change or return must be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase of the product, after contacting the service department at or by phone at 210 8313545. No change or return is accepted if there is no relevant written or telephone information to the company.

Changes or returns are made only after the company has been informed, has accepted the return of the product and has received the product that must be replaced, only if it is intact, and in its original condition.
If all the above conditions are not met, the change or return will not be accepted.


If you wish a refund, you must complete the withdrawal form, according to article 4, par. 10 of Law 2251/94, and send it electronically to The company will consider your request and will notify you immediately of the acceptance or non-acceptance of your request. After the acceptance of the company you must send us the packaged product, the original retail receipt and together with the original withdrawal form which you will have sent us electronically. After the company receives the product, within 10 days, it will return the money in the same way as the initial transaction.
The company is not responsible for the pricing policy followed by the bank , as well as is not obliged to pay the costs for remittances.
There is no case of any shipping costs reimbursed.


For cancellation, of an order in whole or in part, you must inform the company, obligatory and in time, by e-mail to or by phone at 210 8313545.
The time limit for cancellation of an order is strictly before the product is loaded on our company’s means of transport or before delivery of the product to the transport company.
In case your order has already been sent to the transport company or it has been sent for delivery, you can not cancel the order. In this case you must pick up the order and follow the return process.
In case of indifference to receive the order or refusal to accept the order or similar malicious act concerning the customer’s part , the customer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs.
In any case, the buyer will be responsible for damages caused by the cancellation or return of the order, subject to provision to all other rights of reserves the right to appeal to justice in order to claim damages that may have occurred as a result of electronic or telephone order of the customer.
Any change or cancellation of an order will not be valid without the acceptance of the company.
